There are fewer people who might not have heard about the band “3 Doors Down.” 3 Doors Down is one of the best American rock band from Escatawpa, Mississippi that was formed back in 1996. The original band members are Brad Arnold, Todd Harrell, and Matt Roberts.

  1. Matt Roberts Left the Band Due to Health

It was bad news for every fan of 3 Doors Down when the band member Matt Roberts left the band back in the year 2012. Though there were several rumors of Roberts leaving the group, later it was confirmed that it was all because of his health concerns.

While Roberts left the band, his friend and collaborator Brad Arnold said: Matt is our brother, and he will always be a part of this band, and he will always be welcomed back with open arms.

Well, all thanks to the algebra class that made Arnold bored and inspired him to write something that is a massive hit now. Lead singer Brad Arnold wrote the first big hit Kryptonite during algebra class. He was bored and wrote the song which is one of the big hits of the band.

Do you know that one of the founding members of the band, Matt Roberts started playing the guitar at a young age? He was only seven years old when he first began playing guitar using his mother’s guitar.

Later, when he was twelve years old, his mother went to Sears and bought him a guitar. This is the event that eventually led him to be the co-founding of the band. He stuck with the band until 2012 and later left due to health problems.

During 3 Doors Down’ concert in summer 2015, Arnold saw an audience member shoved a woman. He noticed this and took no time and knocked him out of the show. He screamed: Hey homie! You don’t hit a woman. You just pushed a woman out of the way to get in a fight, you dick. Get out of here!
