The Career of Dale Moss-

Dale Moss in Bachelorette

Dale Moss entered the professional football arena after going undrafted in the 2012 NFL Draft, securing a contract with the Green Bay Packers on May 11, 2012. However, his journey faced an early obstacle when he was waived at the end of the preseason during final roster cuts on August 31, 2012. Undeterred, Moss quickly rebounded by signing with the practice squad of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on September 3, 2012, only to be released on November 13. Shortly thereafter, he found a new opportunity, signing with the practice squad of the Chicago Bears.

Having spent the rest of the 2012 NFL season on the Bears' practice squad, Moss solidified his connection with the team by signing a reserve/futures contract on December 31, 2012. Unfortunately, this chapter of his career saw another setback when he was waived on June 10, 2013. Moss's resilience shone through as he then joined the Carolina Panthers on June 19, 2013, only to face another release on August 24, 2013.

In January 2014, Moss joined the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League. His contributions, including nine catches for the Kiss, led to a temporary reassignment on April 23, 2014. Returning to familiar territory, Moss re-signed with the Chicago Bears on July 29, 2014, yet found himself waived once more during final roster cuts on August 30, 2014. Fast forward to July 2020, and Moss emerged as one of the 42 potential single men selected to compete for Clare Crawley's affections on season 16 of the ABC dating competition show, "The Bachelorette." Not only did he secure a spot in the cast, but he also received the coveted "first impression rose" on the inaugural episode. Crawley eventually chose Moss as her partner in the fourth episode, and the two left the show as a couple before the season's conclusion. Beyond his athletic endeavors, Moss channels his energy as a global ambassador for the Special Olympics, inspired by his older sister who grapples with intellectual and physical disabilities.
