In 2006, Daniel Kaluuya made his debut role in the BBC's controversial drama, "Shoot the Messenger" as Reece. From 2007 to 2009, he played Posh Kenneth in the first two seasons of the teen British drama, "Skins". He was also credited as a writer on the first two episodes of the series and the head writer of the episodes titled "Jal" and "Thomas."

Daniel starred as a guest appearance in the TV series such as Silent Witness, the Doctor Who special "Planet of the Dead", and Lewis. He was featured twice in the sketch show, That Mitchell and Webb Look and the sketch show Harry and Paul. He also sold his voice in the BBC Radio 4 sitcom, "Sneakiepeeks".
