Talking about his career in politics, Mr. McConnell imprisoned for Kentucky Congressman Gene Snyder and Senator John Sherman Cooper in the mid-1990s. He has also served as a chief legislative assistant for Senator Marlow Cook after law school and then later he became a deputy assistant attorney general to President Gerald Ford.
McConnell was first elected as judge-executive of Kentucky’s Jefferson County in 1977 in which he supported collective bargaining rights for public employees and steered federal funds toward the expansion of Jefferson Memorial Forest. Mr. McConnell ended a seat for Walter D.
