Charles Peete Rose Jr. known as Charle Rose was born on January 5, 1942, in Henderson, North Carlione, United States. He was only the child of his parents, father( Charles Peeta Rose Sr.) was a tobacco farmer and owned a country store and mother(Margaret). He attended Duke University and in 1964 graduated with the Bachelor's Degree in History. From the Duke University School of Law, he got the Juris Doctor degree in 1968.
