He was born on December 15, 1959, in Wijdenes, Netherlands but of Dutch-Canadian nationally. At the age of seven, he moved with his parents in Burgwerd to settled. Next Years Tony moved with his wife to Canada. In 1992, their younger daughter Jasmine died she was only two and a half months.Their married bond is more than 60 years.
