Crawley made her first appearance on the reality TV show "The Bachelor" during Juan Pablo Galavis's season. Despite making it to the final two, she was ultimately rejected in favor of another contestant, Nikki Ferrell. One notable moment during Crawley's time on the show was when she and Galavis went for a nighttime swim in the ocean, which Galavis later regretted, citing his desire to set a good example for his daughter. Following her rejection, Crawley publicly called out Galavis for his inappropriate language regarding their relationship, garnering widespread praise from viewers.

After her stint on "The Bachelor," Crawley participated in the first two seasons of "Bachelor in Paradise." Unfortunately, she was unable to find love and voluntarily left the show on both occasions. Crawley later returned for "The Bachelor Winter Games," where she became entangled in a love triangle with Christian Rauch and Benoit Beauséjour-Savard. Clare left the show without a partner, but in the reunion special released in February, 2018 revealed that Clare and Beauséjour-Savard had reconciled offscreen..
