Simon Fuller started his career from the early 1980s working for the A&R division of the “Chrysalis”, record company. In 1985, he founded “19 Entertainment” which was a management company. When an artist, singer-songwriter Annie Lennox released her first album Diva in 1991, after that he began to manage the artist’s career. He also managed to guide the career of an English girl group named, “Spice Girls” such that his guidance let them sell around 37.5 million records within 3 years.

Simon Fuller was born in an island country in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, Cyprus, on May 17, 1960. He has two brothers, Kim and Mark Fuller. Since his father used to work in the British Royal Air Force, the family had to move to different places for settlement while he was young.  Later, the Fuller family permanently established their settlement in the English town of Hastings, East Sussex. That time his father worked in a school as headmaster.  Simon fuller completed his  Honorary Degree in 2014 from the University of Brighton.
